GET /v0/passes/{id}/message
This endpoint sends a push notification to a specific pass identified by its unique pass ID or user-provided externalId. The notification helps keep the pass updated and informs the user of any changes.
The mandatory parameter is the pass ID or externalId, which uniquely identifies the pass you want to notify.
Google Passes: You may send a maximum of 3 messages that trigger a push notification in a 24 hour period. Google may throttle your push notification delivery quota if it deems you are spamming your users.e
