Will my partners be able to access their MoonPay dashboard?

Absolutely. Following successful onboarding approval, the designated owner of the partner account will receive an email invitation. This email will contain instructions for setting a password and logging in to access their dedicated dashboard.

Can they change the affiliate fees?

Currently, the functionality to alter affiliate fees is not available for accounts onboarded through our affiliate partners. We are constantly evaluating our features to meet the demands of our users, so this may change in the future.

How long the KYB process last?

The duration of the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process can vary significantly based on the completeness and complexity of the information submitted. It can range from a few minutes to several days. We strive to complete all KYB verifications as quickly as possible while maintaining thorough security and compliance checks.

Can my partners select enabled crypto currencies?

Partners will have the capability to select from the range of cryptocurrencies that you, as the primary account holder, have already enabled. This ensures that the offerings align with your business preferences and compliance standards.
