End-To-End Journey
- Entry points to virtual accounts: Within your app, you should include an entry point into the MoonPay virtual account creation experience. Below you can see two examples of the most popular entry points that partners are choosing today, but the choice is completely yours.

- Authentication & KYC: When your end-customer clicks the call to action (CTA) in your application (which is triggered from your chosen entry point), a customizable MoonPay widget will launch in your in-app browser. Within this widget, the customer will authenticate using their email address or a social login (Google, Apple) to verify their MoonPay Account.
Given MoonPay's existing base of over 30 million accounts, many users creating a virtual account will have already completed KYC through previous transactions with MoonPay. If a user has not yet completed KYC, MoonPay will guide them through the necessary process, an indicative version of which is shown below.

Illustrative example of KYC (differs by region)
- Virtual Account Creation: Following successful KYC, MoonPay will create a virtual account for the end-customer, a process that typically completes in about one second.
Within the MoonPay widget, if the virtual account currency hasn't already been pre-selected using thedepositCurrencyCode
widget parameter, we will prompt the user to select it. For a comprehensive list of widget parameters, please refer to the widget parameters in the Create account section of the Integration Guide.

View account details through the MoonPay widget.
- Virtual Account Detail Display: The MoonPay widget seamlessly displays the end-customers virtual account details. As a developer, you do have the option to natively display these in your app by following this step in our Integration Guide.

Confirm virtual account details in the MoonPay widget.
- Pay In: Using any of our available payment methods (ACH, Fedwire, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments), end-customers can transfer fiat to their virtual account.
- Autoramp: As fiat is settled into the Virtual Account, MoonPay (powered by Iron), will automatically Ramp your selected cryptocurrency into the users selected wallet.
- Get transaction status: End-customers can view their transaction status and history natively within your app using details retrieved via API or webhook. For guidance on implementation please see our Integration Guide, which details this in Review Step Four for webhooks and Step Seven for API calls.
